Dear Parents and Carers,

Please find attached the cut-off dates for the Chartwells meal ordering system for the next academic year. Booking is now open for the first two weeks of September. We encourage parents to book meals for the start of term as early as possible so as to ensure cut-off dates within the summer holidays are not missed.

If you currently do not have a log-in for ParentPay please contact the school office ASAP, so that we can assist you before the summer holidays.

Also attached are instructions for booking meals, both on a mobile phone and a desktop computer.
