Good afternoon parents and carers,

This is a gentle reminder that the cut-off day for booking Emerald Explorers is the Thursday evening of the week before. For example, booking for next week, (W/C 13th November) closed last night, (Thursday 9th November). This is via ParentMail, under Payment Items, and Shop.

We kindly ask that parents ensure that they make their bookings well in advance. Manual bookings will now only be made at the very latest on the Friday before, if the Office is contacted directly by the end of the school day at 15:20. Requests for bookings after this will not be accepted.

This is to ensure that sessions can be planned accordingly, in good time and so that sufficient staffing can be arranged.

Bookings can now be made right up to the Easter Holidays and we will soon release a list of the cut-off dates to help with bookings.
