Good morning Parents & Carers,

Please find attached the school clubs’ timetable for the second half of the Autumn term. Clubs will start again on Tuesday 31st October. Consent forms for each club will be made available shortly to their relevant year groups, please complete and return these ASAP if your child wishes to join OR, carry on with the club(s) they are already enrolled on. The forms will be available on ParentMail until Thursday 19th October at 9.00 am. After which, any late requests to join clubs (where there is space) will need to be made through the school office. Young Voices and Dance House are currently full and will continue into the second half of term. Parents with children taking part in these clubs do not need to complete another consent form. Please note, there are limited spaces for each club, after your consent form is returned, you will be emailed confirmation as to whether your child has a place. If your child was on a wait-list for Activ8 Cheerleading, KS1, or KS2 Football with Paul Cooper, please complete the consent form as usual. Your child will be offered a place as a priority. This is to ensure as many children have the opportunity to take part in clubs as possible If you have any questions please contact us.
