It has been another busy week for the children who needed to be in school. We have had great fun completing the following activities. 

 

 

This week we have done a lot of learning about food and cooking, to help us with this we created our own chefs hats from paper.  We used a bread mix to bake our own bread, we learnt how to plait the dough to create a delicious looking bread. 

 

We enjoyed decorating cupcakes. We did a French flag design and a rat design.

 

We challenged ourselves to build our own Eiffel tower structures from a range of materials. 

 

After a week of learning lots about food and France, we enjoyed a French breakfast on Friday morning. We decorated with our French art from the week. 

This week we have been learning about France and have learnt some food in French. We collaged our favourite foods and labelled them in French. 

We created our own French puppets, we used a spoon shaped template to get us started and used felt, pens and pipe cleaners to create our French characters. 

 

We used the computer suite to research Paris and create our own fact files.
