Dear Parents and Carers,

we have had another busy week in school!

The children welcomed our visiting inspectors and were proud to share their work and talk about day to day life here at Yapton School. We will receive the final report in due course.

 

EXTRA CURRICULAR CLUBS

Please find attached the clubs that we have organised for the first half of the summer term.

All club slips can be collected from Miss Beadle in the office.

Lego Club is already full.

All clubs run by South Coast Sports and Activ8 will be funded by the school’s Sports Premium Fund.

South Coast Sports clubs will need to be booked online (the website link is included on the timetable). A permission slip from the school office will also need to be completed so that we can create our register.

 

PRAY FOR UKRAINE

On Wednesday we held our Reflection Day.  The children spent some time thinking about those affected in Ukraine and wider afield.  Thoughts and prayers were shared on blue and yellow hearts which now surround the worship area in the hall.  Attached are just a small number of them.

Thank you for your donations as well.  We will be sending £250 to the Disasters Emergency Committee charity.
