Dear Parents and Carers,

 

We are looking forward to seeing you all on Monday 6th September 21.

 

SCHOOL ARRANGEMENTS FROM 6TH SEPTEMBER 21

All children will begin the school day at 8.45 am. There will not be any staggered starts to the school day. Everyone will use the normal school gate to enter the playground. We will open the gate at 8.40am. Arundel Class will enter and leave through the hall door onto the playground. Pevensey Class will enter and leave through the door to the playground next to Bramber Class. Portchester Class and Southsea Class will enter and leave through the playground door near to the Victorian Garden.

The following classes will finish at 3.15 pm ; Camber Class, Lewes Class, Amberley Class and Bramber Class.

The following classes will finish at 3.20pm ; Portchester Class, Southsea Class , Pevensey Class, Arundel Class, Bodiam Class and Hastings Class.

We will not be working in ‘bubbles’ and will be able to meet as a whole school together for Worship each day.

We will not be wearing masks in school except for administering first aid if the member of staff wishes to.

PPE will be worn by the first aider supporting a positive covid case prior to collection.

We will not be requesting that masks are worn on the playground.

We are following the current guidance for schools. Any changes that are made in the future will be communicated with you.

 

PE TIMETABLE

I have attached the PE timetable which will begin on MONDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER 21. Children will wear their PE kit to school on the days that they have a PE lesson. Please make sure that this is the correct PE kit. I have attached a reminder for you with the timetable.

 

For the first week, trainers will need to be brought in to school EVERY DAY so that the children can run the Daily Mile. From the second week, trainers will need to be brought in to school on the days that the children do not have a PE lesson.

 

SAMA KARATE

Please see attached the details for the Sama Karate Club beginning on Friday 10th September 21 at 8am.

 

PRAYER FOR SEPTEMBER 21

I have attached our prayer for September that we will be saying together in school. You may like to use this at home.

 

SPLENDIFEROUS SEPTEMBER

We have been busy in school this week preparing for our Splendiferous September Reading Festival. We can’t wait to see you.
