Dear Parents and Carers,
Here are a few reminders for the two singing events that are happening this weekend.
Christmas Concert at Arundel Cathedral – Saturday 14th December
The children need to be at Arundel Cathedral at 12:45pm for the afternoon rehearsal. The children do not need to be in school uniform for this. However, it could be quite chilly in the cathedral so please make sure they will be warm enough. Parents and carers do not need to stay for the rehearsal which will finish at 2:30pm. Please pick up the children at this time.
The concert will start at 5:00pm. The children will need to be back at the cathedral at 4:40pm wearing their full school uniform. No Christmas hairbands or other accessories should be worn. The concert will be finished by 6:00pm.
The children will need to be signed in and out at both the rehearsal and the concert.
Edgcumbes Christmas Event – Sunday 15th December
We are due to sing at 11:00am at Edgcumbes. Please meet me there at 10:50am. The children do not need to be wearing school uniform. As we will be singing outside, please make sure the children will be warm enough. Christmas accessories can be worn for this occasion! As families will be staying for the duration of our singing, please can you ensure you bring any medications, e.g. asthma inhalers or epi-pens, with you.
