Dear Parents and Carers,
For those children who are taking part in the Village Hall Christmas Lights Switch-On, which is on Tuesday 2nd December, here are the details:
The event is due to start at 4pm. The children will be singing at the this time. We will sing for about 15-20 minutes before the lights come on at 4:30pm.
Please can you ensure your children are at the Village Hall at 3:50pm so that we can get ourselves organised before we sing. Of course the children will need to be in full school uniform. If Tuesday is a PE day, the children will need to be wearing the proper school PE kit.
The weather will dictate whether we are singing inside or outside, so coats will be needed.
Once we have finished singing, the children will be back with you. The event finishes at 5:30pm. There will refreshments available.
If your child needs an inhaler or any other medication on hand, please ensure you have this with you.
This is our first part of our ‘Christmas Tour’ and everyone who is taking part is very much looking forward to it.
