Dear Parents and Carers,
It has become a tradition to end each term with a hamper raffle raising money for the school.
This term will be no different. Please find attached a poster showing the details of our Easter Holiday Hamper Raffle which will be raising money for a range of hand-on resources to support and enhance the learning for our children. The draw for this will take place after school on Friday 4th April.
We are asking for donations of different Easter-themed treats and goodies which will go into the hampers to be brought into school on Friday 28th March. This will be a non-uniform day for the children in return for a donation.
If you are able to offer any help selling the raffle tickets before or after school from Monday 31st March to the morning of Friday 4th April, please let us know using the office2@yaptonschool.org email address. Please also use this method of contact if you are able to offer any help in sorting the donations and the creation of the hampers.
These popular hamper raffles are always brilliantly supported and we look forward to seeing what amazing donations will come into school…
