Dear Parents and Carers,
The Year 6 children look very smart in their new Leavers’ hoodies when they wear them together on their PE days.
We have received a few requests for the children to be able to wear them more frequently during the week,
The initial limit to the hoodies being worn on PE days was based on the need to keep them smart as well as hopefully reducing your need to wash them.
The decision has been made to allow the Year 6 children to wear their hoodies instead of their school jumpers or cardigans throughout the week. Obviously the other school uniform requirements remain in place.
We appreciate the cost of the hoodies, so we expect the children to look after them. The children will need to wear them when we take part in the Diocesan Leavers’ Service at Chichester Cathedral in June so they must be cared for.
