Dear Parents and Carers,
As you know, the Year 6 children are going to have their class and individual photographs taken tomorrow.
They need to wear their full school uniform with their hoodies.
An additional year group photograph is going to be taken which will be sent to the local newspaper as part of their annual ‘Year 6 Leavers’ feature (where Year 6 cohorts from all the local schools are shown). The names of the children will not be included.
We will assume you give consent for your child to be part of the newspaper photograph, unless we hear from you through the office2@yaptonschool.org email address by 9am tomorrow morning.
