Year 6 Leavers Book
The Year 6 children are in the process of making a Year 6 Leavers Book. We would like to include an individual photograph of each child on each of their pages. These photos will be taken in school. Only the children’s first name will appear next to their photo. In line with Data Protection Regulations, your consent is required. Please can Year 6 Leavers’ Book Photograph Consent Form, which can be found on ParentMail be completed by Friday 11th July.
Year R Photos
It has become a tradition that during the Year 6 production, there is a moment where photographs of all the Year 6 children as they were when they started school back in Year R are included. Please could an electronic copy be emailed to the office2@yaptonschool.org email address. Alternatively, a hard copy can be brought into school where it will be scanned. Please can these photos be of the children in their Year R uniforms (even if this wasn’t the ‘Yapton green’). I would be very grateful if I have a copy of the photographs by Friday 4th July as it takes time to collate them all. Photographs of every child are needed. If there are some missing, this part of the production will not be included.
Please note, these photos will only be used in the production and then within the Year 6 Leavers’ Service on the last day of term.
